The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with television, washing machine,. It's also equipped with iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!   The rate does not include: - Electricity fee: at check-out energy consumption will be quantified by an individual power meter in the apartment. - Damage deposit: a damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival, to be paid by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded after your check out, subject to an inspection of the property.
