The villa is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, and private car park. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space: just relax and enjoy your holiday. You're welcome, take care of it!   The rate does not include: - Electricity fee: at check-out energy consumption will be quantified by an individual power meter in the apartment. - Damage deposit: a damage deposit of € 2000 is required on arrival, to be paid by credit card.
